ll89 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these T&C, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ll89. The following conditions apply to the creation and maintenance of your account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and accurate date of birth. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ll89 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including Telegram support. You must notify ll89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• ll89 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account without providing a reason, subject to returning any available balance less amounts owed to ll89 by the player.
• All account registration and activity must be conducted from within Bangladesh. The use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing ll89 from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these T&C.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your ll89 account. Sharing account credentials is prohibited. ll89 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

ll89 employs SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Your login credentials and payment details are encrypted in transit and are never stored in plain text on ll89 servers.

Inactive accounts — accounts with no login or wagering activity for a consecutive period of 12 months — may be classified as dormant. ll89 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances after providing prior written notice to the registered mobile number. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to the player on verified request.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ll89 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. You must satisfy the wagering requirement in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met. Where a player makes a withdrawal request before completing the wagering requirement, ll89 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the account.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts, through referral self-abuse, or through any other means of circumventing the single-claim restriction, constitute a material breach of these T&C and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• ll89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and in active use will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of credit.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Bonuses have no cash value independent of successful completion of the applicable wagering requirement.

ll89 uses automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and other forms of promotional exploitation. Accounts identified as engaging in these activities may have bonuses voided and winnings confiscated, and may be subject to permanent account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

ll89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: You may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account at any time by contacting ll89 support. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it comes into force.
• Time-outs: You may request a temporary time-out from ll89 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of the time-out.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is a serious step and is not reversible within the minimum exclusion period. Contact ll89 support via Telegram to initiate self-exclusion. ll89 will process the exclusion within 24 hours of receiving a verified request.
• Reality checks: ll89 displays session duration information to help players track how long they have been playing. If you feel that your gambling is no longer recreational and may be causing harm to you or your family, ll89 strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion or time-out tools immediately and to seek support.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ll89's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ll89 shall not be liable for the following categories of loss under any circumstances:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the ll89 platform.
• Losses attributable to temporary or prolonged unavailability of the platform, whether arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party network outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials as required by Section 3 of these T&C.

Nothing in these T&C shall exclude or limit ll89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Termination

Either you or ll89 may close your ll89 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• If you request account closure, ll89 will process the request within 48 hours. Any verified balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, less any amounts owed by you to ll89, including any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.
• ll89 may close your account immediately and without prior notice where you have breached these T&C, where ll89 reasonably suspects fraudulent or illegal activity on your account, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the platform or other players.
• Upon termination of your account by ll89 for cause, ll89 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account where that balance represents winnings or bonuses obtained through conduct that violated these T&C, and to pursue recovery of any amounts owed to ll89 by the player.

Termination of your account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party that arose prior to the date of termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution survive termination of your account.
